airworthiness, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and business development. His technical proficiency and leadership experience offer our clients unparalleled insights and

With his work across airline start-ups, corporate jet operations, seaplane services, and major commercial carriers, he has developed and lead teams of over 300 personnel, managing

budgets exceeding USD $100 million, and ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations under the scrutiny of 14 different National Aviation Authorities.

● Aircraft procurement, lease negotiation, and return-to-service management

● Technical oversight of Boeing 737/767/777, Airbus A320/A350, ATR42/72, Embraer 170–190, and various helicopters

● Project management for MRO transitions and base maintenance

● Quality Assurance, SMS implementation, safety audit leadership

● Ground handling, logistics, and operational readiness for new fleets

● Design and launch of new Part 147 training schools and Part 145 maintenance organisations

● Regulatory investigations, compliance advisory, and safety reviews

● Lead for aircraft implementation and introduction programs across multiple jurisdictions

Professional Recognition and Qualifications

With formal qualifications that include a Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace), certifications in Project and Business Management, Lead Safety Auditing, and a current Australian B66

licence (B1.1, 1.2, 1.3, B2 and C), Trevor continues to remain actively engaged in advancing global best practice.

Additional credentials include:

● ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)

● APEC Business Travel Card (20 countries)

● Former EASA and FAA licenses
