With over five decades of global aviation experience, Trevor Elms is a highly respected senior consultant whose career spans commercial airlines, corporate aviation, seaplane operations, business jet operations, military aviation, and regulatory environments. He brings deep expertise in engineering management, airworthiness, regulatory compliance, and technical project delivery, supporting clients across the full lifecycle of aviation operations.

Trevor has held Accountable and Responsible Manager roles under 14 National Aviation Authorities, overseeing operations in Part 119, 121, 138 AOCs, Part 42, Part M, Part 145, Part 147, Part 21J and 21M environments. His leadership in areas such as aircraft maintenance, CAMO, Part 147 training, and regulatory oversight has contributed to the successful launch and transformation of multiple aviation businesses in over 11 countries.

Beyond technical operations, Trevor has played a key role in the strategic and commercial management of aviation organisations, managing budgets of over USD $100 million, leading workforce growth and restructuring, and overseeing major lease negotiations, aircraft transitions, and MRO projects involving narrow- and wide-body aircraft.

Holding an Australian B66 Licence (with previous EASA and FAA credentials), Trevor is licenced and/or experienced on a wide range of aircraft types, including the B737 series, A320 family, ATR 42/72 series, DHC-8 series, BAE146 series, EMB 170–190 series, B757/767/777, and numerous turboprop and rotary aircraft.
