With over three decades of experience in aviation, safety, and regulatory management, Craig is an accomplished professional who brings a wealth of expertise to his role as the Director of NW Advisory Services. His roles as Chief Operating Officer, Airline Senior Check and Training Captain, and Senior Air Transport Safety and Risk Manager have contributed to an impressive track record in operational effectiveness and safety assurance. As an Airline Check and Training Captain, Craig has shaped the operations of several organisations, facilitating the integration of Boeing 777 aircraft into the fleets of two major carriers.

Beyond airline operations, Craig served as Executive Manager of the Regulatory Oversight Division at the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), where he led the CASA Regulatory Services and Surveillance Transformation Program and was accountable for regulatory service entry control and safety surveillance activities of all certified aviation organisations operating in and to Australia.
